🩷How long is processing time and shipping time for a order?
Our processing time is 1-7 business days. Please note that for Black Friday, our processing time for orders is 1-14 days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order label has been created, and shipped off. If you are within the U.S and have placed an order, we make sure to use priority shipping which usually takes about 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped.
🩷What if I want to make a return?
Due to the kind of products we sell, we cannot take any returns because it would be unsanitary to resell one of our products after it has been opened. However, if you have an issue with a product opening during transit, or you received a wrong product, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

🩷Do you do anything to prevent your body butters from melting during the shipping process?
Yes! We freeze the body butters overnight, and we also have perfected our formula so that the melting point of our whipped body butters is higher. In the unlikely chance that your body butter arrives melted, you can place it in the freezer for a short period of time, checking on the texture every ten minutes until it’s back to your desired consistency.
